Adult dosage
Take two capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Adults only. Contains 16 mg total caffeine per capsule. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine.
Caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Talk to a TCM practitioner/health professional if you are unsure if this medicine is right for you.

We recommend Wanderlust Fully Charged to be stored tightly sealed, below 25° in a cool, dry place that's out of direct sunlight. The product does not need to be refrigerated.
