1. After washing hair with Pantene shampoo and conditioner, squeeze excess water out of your hair.
2. Carefully hold the 3 Minute Miracle treatment tube and twist the top of tube to open. Use one tube for mid to long hair.
3. Apply onto the hair strand beginning at the tip, making sure the whole strand is covered. Leave on hair for 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Use at least once a week on normal hair or as often as desired for severely damaged hair.
If in eyes wash out immediately with water.
