How does Osteo-K Vitamin K2 work? Vitamin K2 assists your body to build and support healthy bones by activating osteocalcin, a protein in bone cells that binds calcium to bone to support bone mineralisation. Vitamin K2 also helps keep calcium away from areas where it shouldn’t be, helps support artery and cardiovascular health in post-menopausal women. Osteo-K Vitamin K2 contains Menaquinone 7 which is an effective form of Vitamin K2 and readily absorbed by the body.
