Are the Eczema & Psoriasis Cream, Cradle Cap Scalp Cream and Clear Zinc Sunscreen SPF 40 different formulas from the existing ones in the range?
These are the exact same formulas as our original Eczema & Psoriasis Cream AUST L 335464 in the yellow packaging, Scalp Cream AUST L 196715 in the green packaging and Clear Zinc Sunscreen SPF 40 AUST L 334457 in the light blue packaging. You will note that the AUST L numbers, prices and sizes have remained the same as well.
Will the original packaging for Eczema & Psoriasis Cream, Scalp Cream or Clear Zinc Sunscreen be discontinued?
No, we aren’t discounting any of our SKUs. The intention behind this additional packaging is to provide parents with more peace of mind that our products are completely suitable for all ages, including newborns.
Why did you make these products if they have the same formula as existing products?
We often get asked (and we’re sure you do too) if our products are suitable for use on babies and children, and the answer is YES! However, some parents are still cautious and don’t like to use products that don’t come in baby specific packaging. So, to ease the minds of parents, we’ve decided to release these 3 existing formulas in cute baby packaging to showcase that they’re completely suitable for use on babies, infants and newborns. Not only does this tie in with the rest of our cute and colourful Baby Range, but it will also help to reassure parents that these products can be used on their little ones!
A customer used our original Eczema & Psoriasis Cream, Scalp Cream or Clear Zinc Sunscreen on their baby. Is this OK?
Yes, customers can definitely still use those products on their babies or children as they are suitable for all ages.
