How To Use
Always dilute essential oils in carrier oil prior to using or blending with other oils. Eucalyptus Oil can be used to combat acne, boost immunity, and is a good addition to massage oils to tackle rheumatic conditions. Blend Frankincense Oil with Peppermint Oil to help with pain, or blend with Eucalyptus Oil to assist with chest congestion. Combine Lavender Oil with Lemon and Peppermint Oils to assist with allergies. Reduce fevers with Peppermint Oil, and stay focused with Rosemary. Infections can be fought with Tea Tree Oil, as well as tackling household germs and mould.
Use each oil alone, or blend together in a standard or Bluetooth oil diffuser, or place one-to-two drops in the palm of your hand and inhale deeply.
Shelf Life: When stored in a dark cool environment, all six oils will have a shelf life of approximately two years upon opening.
Safety Information: Topical and aromatic use only. Always test for skin sensitivity prior to use. Older oxidized oil can increase the potential for skin irritation. Do not ingest orally, and keep out of eyes, ears and nose. Excessive use of any oil can lead to sensitization. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Eucalyptus - People with asthma should be cautious with Eucalyptus Oil. Studies show Eucalyptus Oil as helpful; however, in certain cases, it may set off an asthma attack. Do not use on children under the age of 5. Use with caution for children between 5-10.
Lavender - Nontoxic, generally non-irritating.
Peppermint - May cause skin or mucous membrane irritation. Use a 1-2 per cent dilution for topical use. Peppermint Oil can raise blood pressure.
Tea Tree - May cause skin irritation in people with sensitive skin.
