The new Ultra Gentle Cleanser with Ceramides pairs perfectly with MooGoo’s Eczema & Psoriasis Cream (AUSTL 335464) which has a solid reputation as a follow-on treatment to steroidal creams.
Water (Aqua), Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Propanediol (100% Plant-Based), Sodium Lauroampho-acetate (Coconut-based Cleanser), Glycol Distearate (and) Coco-Glucoside (and) Glyceryl Oleate (and) Glyceryl Stearate, Xanthan gum, Starch Acetate, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Piroctone Olamine, Ceramides, Citric Acid (to balance pH to skin).
We choose to avoid repeated exposure to ingredients like Parabens, Phenoxyethanol and penetration enhancers. And many more we don’t have room to list here.

This cleanser is environmentally friendly because it doesn’t use dimethicone and other silicones to protect our waterways and it uses a highly environmentally friendly process of fermentation of sugar cane or grain, in which it is refined and then crystalised (graph below).
The Ultra Gentle Therapy Wash is our most gentle formula because it uses the lowest-irritation cleanser available as its primary ingredient. This ingredient has an irritation score that is 38% lower than other leading gentle clinical cleansers, and 75% lower than synthetic detergent, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS). It’s also pH-balanced, free of Parabens, Phenoxyethanol, Soap, and more.

SLS stands for Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), (an ingredient that is still commonly used in many popular, therapy wash products). It can be drying and irritate especially to those who are sensitive skin. Our primary ingredient is 75% lower than SLS.

You may have seen the term “Dermatologically Tested” on lots of products before, but did you know there’s not an actual definition or regulation for this term? Because that didn’t sit right with us, and because we aim to make products for people with really sensitive skin, we decided to send a bunch of them off to be tested in an independent lab on 54 people who reported having sensitive skin. The results were given on a scale of 0 to 5 with 0 being no irritation or redness and 5 being a reaction. We’re happy to report that other than one person who had a reaction to the adhesive on the patch and another who found the patches painful to remove, all subjects reported 0 for redness and irritation for all the products we sent for testing.
