When should I take Bioglan Active Magnesium Powder?
Bioglan Active Magnesium Powder can be taken daily to help replenish magnesium levels, support energy production and muscle health.
The Bioglan Difference
Bioglan Active Magnesium Powder is specially formulated with two highly bioavailable forms of magnesium plus synergistic co-factors: Glutamine, Taurine, L-carnitine, B vitamins and Zinc for optimal muscle health support.
Adults: Mix 1 scoop (5g) of powder into 100-200ml water or juice. Consume 1-2 times daily. Or as advised by your healthcare professional.
This product contains pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) which may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for a long time. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible [Contain vitamin B6].
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
Store below 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
