The Icon / Icon + water chamber is compatible with all the Icon series of CPAP machines. These have a thermoplastic casing and a stainless steel base which will not corrode. The chamber is cleanable however the lid doesn’t remove and the chamber is all one piece.
Designed to provide humidification it is recommended to be used with distilled water only to maintain the cleanliness of the chamber and to prevent a build-up of minerals within the chamber.
