It is recommended that the adhesive patch is replaced every 24 hours, however some users may want to replace more often due to skin type and comfort.

1. Apply Adhesive Patch to the Monitor. Locate the Adhesive patch backing labelled '1'. Remove both pieces of this backing then stick it onto the grey side of the Monitor, ensuring it is aligned to the metal sensor. 2. Remove Backing. Locate the adhesive patch backing labelled '2'. Remove both pieces of this backing. 3. Stick the Monitor to Child. Ensure the monitor is positioned correctly with the metal sensor in the armpit. Apply light pressure to the Monitor if needed to ensure it is securely in place. 4. Warm Up. The Monitor will then warm up. This can take up to 8 minutes. Ensure the metal sensor at the end of the monitor is covered by the child's arm during warm up & use.
