Adult dosage
Take one spray (180 microlitres) into the mouth once daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before use. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Colecalciferol 25 micrograms
Equiv. vitamin D3 1000 IU
No added gluten, dairy, lactose, soy, egg, artificial colours or artificial flavours.
