GastroHealth Probiotic Dairy Free can help relieve: bloating, bowel irregularity, medically diagnosed irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) symptoms, diarrhoea, digestive upset as well as gas and wind symptoms*.
Adults and children over 12 years.
For general health take 1 capsule daily.
To assist with relief from mild diarrhoea: take 1 capsule twice daily.

Lactobacillus plantarum(10 billion CFU)
Lactobacillus paracasei (37 billion CFU)

Bifidobacterium longum (500 million CFU), Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Boulardii) (500 million CFU), Inulin (30mg).
