Adults and children over 12 years: take 1 capsule daily.
To help reduce the occurance of symptoms of travellers diarrhoea: Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, begin two days before intended travel.
If diarrhoea persists for more than 48 hours seek medical advice. Drink plenty of water. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding - seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product. Do not use if tamper-evident cap/seal is broken or missing.

Lactobacillus rhamnosus (GG) 90 Billion CFU
Lactobacillus plantarum (LP-115) 3 Billion CFU
Bifidobacterium lactis (HN019) 5 Billion CFU
Bifidobacterium lactis (BL-04) 2 Billion CFU
Inulin 50mg
