Processing Times
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed before 12 pm AEST are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next business day.
- Prescription orders may require additional processing time to comply with pharmacy and regulatory requirements.
Flat Rate Shipping
- We offer a flat shipping fee of $12 for all orders Australia-wide.
- This applies to every order regardless of weight, size, or delivery location.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Delivery times may vary based on courier schedules and regional areas.
Tracking Your Order
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order using the courier’s online tracking service.
Prescription Orders
- Prescription medicines are shipped only after we receive and validate the original prescription.
- Some medications may require a signature upon delivery in accordance with Australian Pharmacy Law.
Delivery Address
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Medicines R Us is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Some restricted medications cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving it.
- Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the package.
International Shipping
- We currently only ship within Australia in compliance with pharmacy and health regulations.
