At Medicines R Us, we want you to be happy with every purchase. This policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for online orders.
Change of Mind
- For safety and regulatory reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medicines or pharmacy-only medicines due to change of mind.
- Non-pharmacy items (e.g., skincare, vitamins, over-the-counter products) can be returned within 14 days of purchase provided they are:
- Unopened
- In their original packaging
- In saleable condition
- Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- Clearance and sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
- Please include your order number and, where possible, photos of the packaging or damaged item.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Prescription Orders
- Due to Australian Pharmacy Law, prescription medicines cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispensed, unless the product is faulty or has been supplied in error.
- If you believe there has been a dispensing error, please contact us immediately.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

- Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.
