Adults & Children over 12 years: Take 1 sof capsule daily with liquid after a meal/food.
Contains sulfites. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C in a cool dry place, away from strong odours.
