Ramez is Co-Founder and CEO of Medicines R Us, a seven-pharmacy network across Western Sydney that he has built over the past 25 years alongside his wife and co-owner Lisa. He is also Co-Founder of Pharmacy Management Professionals (PMP), a wholesale buying group that secures chain-level supply terms for independent pharmacy owners.
Outside work, Ramez has played tennis since the age of five, hasn’t missed an Australian Open in years, and plays competitive squash three times a week. He and Lisa live in Sydney with their three children.

Lisa is Co-Founder of Medicines R Us, a seven-pharmacy network across Western Sydney that she has built over the past 25 years alongside her husband Ramez. A University of Sydney pharmacy graduate, she leads Customer Experience across the group and draws on both her clinical training and a Diploma in Nutrition to champion a holistic, people-first approach to pharmacy.
Outside the pharmacy, Lisa is a keen yoga and Pilates enthusiast at the gym, loves to cook, and is a passionate gardener. She and Ramez are proud parents of three children.
